SHIPPING POLICY

Our top priority is providing the most excellent service with high quality customized products. At Fananh Pte. Ltd, we go the extra mile to get all orders fulfilled and successfully delivered as soon as possible since we completely understand that the order arriving on time for your special occasions is essential. 

While we print a portion of our products in-house at our US facilities, we also source from suppliers worldwide to offer our shoppers a greater variety of merchandise. We only work with vendors who abide by our strict quality control guidelines and standards. This is the reason for the delivery times below.

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

 

Estimate Time Of Arrival 

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, except for holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Shipping time
The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.

Please note:

1. Canvas, Bumper Plate Keychain/Ornament products: Only available in US.
2. Canvas/ Poster/ Metal Sign: These packages cannot be delivered to a PO box.
3. When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
4. In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.

ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you will receive email notifications and may log in to our website for real-time tracking. Note that some orders may be sent using multiple parcels. In these cases, you will receive multiple emails and tracking numbers.

Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS 

Please make sure all details, including the recipient’s name, are correct. Otherwise, the items will be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. Fananh Pte. Ltd is not responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of your order due to the incorrect/insufficient shipping information.

If you would like to change your address, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, we cannot modify your delivery details. 

We might attempt to contact you to get your confirmation if there are problems with your shipping address like wrong city/state spelling or incorrect ZIP code. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee the on time delivery of your order in these scenarios.
